I wasn't happy due to the check-in process. My reservation was mixed up with another guest-including credit card number.

Convenient to the Palace at Auburn Hills.

No continental breakfast.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We were not familiar with the area and they were helpful in providing information on restaurants.

The front desk clerk is the best front desk clerk I have ever encountered.

Few TV channels. Playing the same thing over and over.

If you are going to stay in a hotel from the extended stay family in Auburn Hill, this one is the best. The front desk person provides excellent service. The evening desk clerk isn't a people person nor will she try and solve a problem for you. The location was great.

Only 1 bed in room and no wake up calls.

We arrived late due to the fact that we drove 2 plus hours and we made it through a snowstorm.
